The Basic Notes
Although we are not teaching you to read sheet music, the basics are needed. Pencils out, music sheets have melody and chord staffs, melody you play with the right hand and chords with the left. Every staff contains five lines. Seven notes can fit on each staff, A, B, C, D, E F, and G.

Basic Piano Rules
Knowing where Major C is located is essential. It is located on left of the 2 black keys that are grouped next to each other. All of your white piano keys go with FACE and EGBDF. Begin by playing CDEFGAB, those seven (7) keys repeat over and over, they just move up in pitch or down. Your black keys are used with a number sign (#) or beta sign on your sheet music. So C with # means that it is the black key to the right which is next to major C. The hearing of the music will be memorized through the person for a long period. Start to memorize piano music
Begin with playing the 1st part of your song in your mind. Now start playing the melody that is on the sheet music. Use the tempo in your mind to speed or slow up the notes as you play. Keep with repetition, keep playing over and over and you will get it right with daily practice.
