With 2025 just kicking off, shows and movie trailers have been flowing out over the past few weeks. One standout from the Marvel camp is Daredevil: Born Again, the highly anticipated follow-up to the Netflix series. The story appears to be a direct sequel to the Netflix series, with many actors reprising their roles, including Jon Bernthal as the Punisher and Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin. Set years after the events of Season 3, Daredevil finds himself at odds with his own identity following an unknown incident that has shaken his confidence. With Kingpin running for mayor of the city and new villains like Muse entering the mix, this new show promises to be a wild ride. Check out the full trailer below!
Many fans were concerned about the show due to doubts that Disney would do it justice, especially after Daredevil’s brief cameo appearance in the She-Hulk series. However, this trailer seems to have put much of that doubt to rest, showcasing intense, brutal fights, gore, and action reminiscent of its predecessor. With Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead—who previously worked on Disney Plus shows like Moon Knight and Loki—as lead directors, and Dario Scardapane, former producer of the Netflix Punisher series, as showrunner, the show seems to have a winning formula for success – fingers crossed!
The series is set to premiere on Disney Plus on March 4th, so fans won’t have to wait long for its release.
