UPDATE 08/10/24
After what felt like an eternity, the YouTube fiasco has finally ended—Whyt has gotten his channel back! This wouldn’t have been possible without your support. We’re thrilled that his channel has been safely restored, though not without some disruption. Thankfully, all his videos and content are back. Earlier today, he posted a message expressing his gratitude and explaining the events that unfolded over the past week.
It has been a turbulent few days for the creator of Apple Black Whyt Manga. His YouTube channel was hacked and commandeered by an unknown person on August 3rd. Since then, Whyt has taken to Twitter to seek help from the community and get YouTube’s attention. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been much progress, and YouTube has yet to recover his channel.
Whyt has been on YouTube for years, cultivating a massive following and creating a true treasure trove of videos and tutorials. His content not only informs and inspires aspiring artists but also documents his personal progress and success. Seeing all this hard work and dedication taken away so abruptly must be incredibly tough.
How You Can Help
Currently, YouTube hasn’t been able to resolve the issue. You can help by posting on Twitter with screenshots or responses, tagging @whytmanga, @YouTube, and @TeamYouTube This will help draw more attention to Whyt’s situation and hopefully expedite the recovery of his channel.
