Clock Striker has been making the rounds lately and scored another comic award nomination! this time being recognized by Dwayne McDuffie Awards.
What is the Dwayne McDuffie Awards?
The annual Award ceremony where judges come together for the purpose of recognizing outstanding work that promotes diversity in the comic book medium both on the page and behind the scenes, in the spirit of the pioneering creator, Dwayne McDuffie.
Even though we didn’t score the Award this year we’re extremely honored to have made it to the final stage amongst titles like Blackward by Lawrence Lindell, and Ripple Effects by Jordan Hart, and Bruno Chiroleu – just to name a few. Also how cool is it hearing voice acting legend Phil LaMarr mention one of our titles live!? such a fanboy moment.
A huge thank you to the Dwayne Mcduffee Awards for this nomination. Who knows maybe next year will be our year!
